WHO WE ARE

The core values of Virtue in Christ LLC are servant leadership and Christian discipleship, accountability and respect, and honor and selfless service. These core values are foundational to everything we do -- especially as we pour into young ladies to help them become strong, responsible women of integrity.

The culture of Virtue in Christ is sisterly fellowship and love above all. Our values are accessible communication, compassion, selflessness, mentorship, and Christian integrity. These shared values guide our every interaction and they are cultivated with every process and activity.

Our constituents view Virtue in Christ as a positive and motivational force in the community. From our outreach to our programming, Virtue in Christ demonstrates sisterly compassion and evokes a sense of assuredness and trust for our constituents and supporters. 

The Virtue in Christ constituency is multi-tiered: 

  -  Women 18 years o=and older

  -  Girls 12-17 years

  -  Girls 5-11 years

  -  Men and boys of all ages

Although Virtue in Christ caters primarily to women and girls ages 5 years and up, we also support men and boys with information and resources for programs and activities that can be beneficial to them. Ours is a multicultural, international constituency that is 75% of African descent.

Although primarily serving the mid-Atlantic region, Virtue in Christ crosses state, regional, and national boundaries, with thousands of supporters and beneficiaries from Florida to Maine, from California to Washington DC, and from the US to the UK. To reach them, we use mass email distribution, social media (Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter), and direct mail.

Virtue in Christ helps women and girls grow in faith and build self-efficacy for self-esteem and servant leadership by offering training and mentorship based on Christian principles. We have a personal approach whereby we meet sisters where they are and bring them along through edification and development strategies that will help facilitate their personal growth. Virtue in Christ brings together hundreds of women and girls every year. Without Virtue in Christ, there would be a void in the engaging, loving, sisterly fellowship Virtue in Christ has become known for.
